Step 1: Pick Your Focus Area

Step 2: Schedule Your Planning Meeting
Reach out to share your timeline and the area you want to streamline. We’ll discuss how many one-hour workshops your team will need to address that area. Teams typically finish creating their improvement plan in 10 workshops or fewer.
Step 3: Participate in Guided Workshops
We lead your team through each workshop to review how work is currently done, uncover inefficiencies, and identify the most important improvements to make.
Step 4: Receive Your Improvement Plan
Your team takes home a clear, actionable improvement plan in a report from Improve My Process, reflecting the work done in your sessions.
Step 5: Showcase Your Certificate
Each team member is issued a Certificate of Achievement in Process Improvement, recognizing the skills they gained and their successful completion of the workshops.
